Waterproofing of terraces
In this project for the terrace of a building in Calpe, the old asphalt was removed from the terrace for cleaning, then the cracks were sealed with Sikaflex. Afterwards, a first coat of bonding material was applied, a second coat of waterproofing paint, a fibreglass mesh fabric was placed for waterproofing and finally two more coats of paint were applied.

After painting and fixing the floor
In the photo gallery you can see the after work done, the painting with a total of four coats of paint and the fiberglass to prevent future cracks.
